Pierce was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and graduated from Myrtle Beach High School in 2006.
Pierce attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Peace, War, and Defense. While at UNC, Pierce was a National Merit Scholar, member of the Dean’s List, and participated in the Honors Program.
Pierce graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2013. While at the Wake Forest University School of Law, Pierce was a Junius H. Brown Scholar, an active member of both the Student Trial Bar and the Pro Bono Project, and served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. Pierce also was published in the February, 2013 issue of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.
Before joining the Bellamy Law Firm in 2024, Pierce worked at the Horry County Solicitor’s Office, where he prosecuted a wide variety of cases, ranging from DUI to Murder. During his time working in the Solicitor’s Office, Pierce handled thousands of cases and tried multiple cases to verdict.
When he is not practicing law, Pierce enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, enjoying our community’s outdoor activities, playing any sport, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
